Assessing workplace complaints and conflict can be time-consuming and onerous, and can increase the possibility of negative perceptions.  Engage an independent workplace investigator, who will provide you with a report which is reliant on an objective, fact-based investigation.  Any investigation is in line with investigative best-practice and the principles of procedural fairness, and may be based on the following issues:

  • Workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination
  • Fraud and corruption
  • Maladministration
  • Workplace misconduct
  • Misuse of authority or financial impropriety
